Because I know my mom will be disgusted by these videos and pictures, here are more from Saturday's mud run. I really do enjoy doing these things, Mom. :)

This is how thick the last few pits were. One of the girls gets stuck and then gets a cramp in her leg. Someone from the mud run throws in a rope to help pull her out. She still can't get her foot out so another random runner comes over and digs it out. Rad.
