It was a short trip, but it was a ridiculously fun one. Our flight didn't leave until later in the afternoon, so we still got to do more sightseeing. We did the Chicago River Architectural Boat Tour (it always makes me think of Vince Vaughn in The Break-Up) and then we drove around a bit and had some Chicago-style deep dish pizza.

I don't watch it enough...
Burnt cheese around the edges... amazing. And although I'm a bread person,
I prefer the New York/thin crust-style over this.
