The weekend getaway was fun, even though it almost turned into a three- or four-day getaway. The rangers were not letting trucks and trailers cross the overflowed creek this afternoon, as we were packing up and getting ready to head out. Thank goodness one of the kind rangers took me and my friend out on the backroad that they were only allowing vehicles with 4WD and no trailers to drive through. Our camping pals are still stuck there. Not sure when it will clear up.
